Hi! I’m Courtney. I’ve been working as a Personal Trainer & Fascial Stretch Therapist for 6 years.
My goal is to help people who want to feel better, move better, get stronger, perform better reach their goals. I specialize in working with clients who are looking for support in improving hypermobility, stability, flexibility, posture, and strength. I’ve worked with a lot of clients with various chronic medical conditions & injuries, and athletes such as runners, football players, and rugby players.

About Courtney
Hi I’m Courtney! Im a Personal Trainer & Fascial Stretch Therapist in Vancouver, BC.
I’m excited to help you crush your goals. I grew up playing rugby, but now most of my fitness comes from lifting weights (I have dabbled in Functional Training, Powerlifting, CrossFit, and Bodybuilding), and currently I am getting into long distance running.
I love learning and taking courses, I have taken many fitness courses and I love to read books and listen to podcasts.
When I’m not at work or working out, I love to hang out at home with my handsome and energetic Australian Shepherd, Trooper. I also love to travel (recently I’ve been to Paris, Italy, Las Vegas and Hawaii), and im a big foodie and love going to brunch or checking out new fine dining restaurants in the city with my friends.
I started my career as a trainer in commercial fitness, won many awards including Top Personal Trainer in the Company (2023), and I am excited to continue to grow and support my clients.
Training Philosophy
I work with my clients to create a personalized, periodized program utilizing research and backed by science, based off my experiences working with hundred of clients. In Personal Training sessions I believe that my relationships with my clients drive results so I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients wants, needs, personality, expectations, experiences to curate a program that will work for them. My goal as a trainer is for my clients to be following a program they love, and are excited about that drives results.
I use Fascial Stretch Therapy, mobilization exercises, and stabilization exercises, in combination with functional strength training, postural training, corrective exercise, and addressing client’s weaknesses to build a step by step program to set you up with a strong foundation and get you to your goals safely and effectively for long term results.

60 or 90 minute 1 on 1 training sessions with Courtney that include whatever you need including goal setting, assessments, accountability, check ins, a customized plan, and nutritional guidance to get your to your goals.
Fascial Stretch Therapy
60 or 90 minute Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions using tractioning, passive stretching, and PNF to create space in joints, improve flexibility and reduce muscular and fascial tightness
Online Training
Online custom periodized program and weekly check in calls to get you to your goals from wherever you are

She started working with me to fix aspects of my body that I didn’t even know I could fix (like my anterior pelvic tilt, for example).
